Situated on a prime corner of a luxury condominium on the Bahia coast, this residence was designed for a long-time client who desired a retreat closer to the sea with more accommodations for hosting guests. Preserving the essence of the previous house, the project integrates the surrounding nature, featuring large stone panels on the façade and offering panoramic views of the ocean horizon.
Upon entering, a double-height ceiling of over five meters in the living room enhances the sense of space, while the interior design, featuring blue and terracotta tones, reflects the family's vibrant personality and beach-inspired lifestyle.
Designed for a family that loves to celebrate, the ground floor's social area connects the gourmet space to a spacious deck, where the pool, lounges, and lush vegetation ensure moments of relaxation and privacy. On the upper floor, the project prioritizes comfort and intimacy, with three suites, a master suite, and a home office, offering the perfect setting for work and leisure without the need to return to the primary residence in Salvador.
