We designed this beach house for three families seeking an attractive investment, focusing on the social spaces and an imposing façade. The use of cobogó (hollow element) on the main and side façades creates a striking visual effect, while the living room with glass windows provides a seamless integration between the indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the coastal landscape.
The outdoor living area, accessed via the deck, includes a pool with rounded corners in natural stone and a heated Roman bath, perfect for relaxation. Even from the pool, it's possible to watch the television installed in the gourmet space, designed for entertainment. This space is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a dining table, wine cellar, beer cooler, and electric grill, making it ideal for family interaction and entertainment.
On the second floor, accessed by a floating staircase surrounded by an internal garden, are the suites, with the master suite standing out for its panoramic view of the coastline. Finally, the residence is complemented by a functional basement, where, in addition to the service areas, there are two garage spaces and a massage room, offering a secluded and intimate space for the residents to enjoy moments of relaxation.
