The central living room serves as the heart of the residence, distributing two wings around it. To the right is the private area for the residents, while the left wing is dedicated to guests, featuring exclusive suites, a dressing room for quick visits, and a sauna.
At the rear of the property, the leisure area stands out with a spacious deck surrounding the pool, complemented by an integrated gourmet area.
The home's decor was designed to provide comfort, using natural textures and materials. Departing from the ordinary, black creates an elegant contrast with the off-white tone, while terracotta adds a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the space.
