Located in a building that dates back to the 1980s, the 800m² duplex was transformed into a fluid and fully connected home. For a family with two children and three dogs, the design prioritizes interaction between the spaces, inviting socialization and celebrations.
On the ground floor, the spacious living room welcomes visitors with a cozy dining room and a floor-to-ceiling wine cellar, reflecting the family's vibrant personality through its tones and textures.
On the upper floor, the gourmet space and the swimming pool, integrated by retractable frames, expand the entertainment possibilities. A TV room, accessible through a mashrabiya panel, leads to the terrace with a garden that becomes a true urban oasis. The curved wooden benches and the verdant view of the gym provide a unique contact with nature.
This penthouse goes beyond conventional functions, offering a space where interaction and coexistence flow naturally, reflecting the welcoming and vibrant soul of its residents.
